I'm Matty, I mainly focus on Photo restoration with a history of Graphic Design at college.
I really enjoy bringing peoples pictures back to life, whether they are grainy, discoloured or just need adding a bit of colour to a sepia image, I can try my best to provide that for you!

Self Portrait
For this project I needed to create a Portrait of myself using only Vector artwork, on a program called Adobe Illustrator.
For this project, my college allowed me to do a mini Photoshoot to get the right image that I wanted. I had the option to include props if I wanted to. However, I chose to go with the simple image. At first, I did want to use a image which had been taken in the reflection of the mirror, but it got too complicated when trying to trace around objects and differentiating the detail in my face.
The final piece could be anything I wanted but since I really enjoy listening to music and spend a lot of my time doing so, I thought it would be appropriate to myself if it was designed as a Vinyl Cover.

This was my Final Major Project. I had to base it off of a situation where I can create a campaign poster for. Since my heart was with the people of Palestine I chose to go with a charity called Palestine Children's Relief Fund, which medically help children and families in the middle east. With it being a campaign poster, I wanted to go for a bold statistic to grab peoples attention. To create this piece I bought a bear from a store, rubbed it in dirt and ripped it up and positioned it on a dirty/rough pavement and took a picture of it on my phone. I then used Photoshop to worsen the bear and move around the dirt patches. Which is the opposite to what I do now, by fixing worn down images.
